How do I return an online order?
We offer a free product size exchange. If you are not satisfied with your size, we offer a free size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please fill out the form and add it to the package so that we can easily arrange everything necessary.

How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?
If a return or exchange is approved, you will normally receive the refund or desired exchange within 14 days of the day you sent the product back.
What should I do if the product was damaged during shipping?
If you discover that your product has been damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the damage and send them to our customer service (info@developif.com) within 2 days of receiving the package.
Is it possible to buy Develop!f clothes in a physical store?
By selling exclusively through our online store, we eliminate intermediaries and simplify the process of obtaining new products on the market. This ensures faster delivery and better prices for our customers.
What happens when I complete my order?
After a successfully completed order, we always send a confirmation email. If you don't see it in your inbox or spam within three hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service and we'll help you out! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
